How to make slow cooker corn casserole
- Prepare and Combine
spray crockpot. combine all ingredients (drain corn) in bowl and mix well. Dump into crockpot.
- Dump and Go
Set crockpot on low for 4-5 hours, OR high for 2-3. Until middle is set.
** I would recommend cooking this on “low” to help prevent the outside becoming too done before the middle. Especially if your crockpot runs hot. The cooking times will vary depending on how “hot” your crockpot runs.

Slow Cooker Cornbread Casserole (or oven)
Equipment
- 1 crockpot
- standard cooking utensils
Ingredients
- 8.5 oz box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 14.75 oz can sweet corn drained
- 14.75 oz can creamed corn
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tbsp honey optional
Instructions
Slow Cooker
- Grease crockpot. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Then, pour into crockpot. Let cook on low for about 4-5 hours OR high for 2-3 hours. Until center is set.
- I recommend cooking on low, if possible, because it helps prevent outsides of casserole from getting too done before middle is set. The time until done will vary as some crockpots run "hotter" than others.
Oven
- Spray a 9×13 pan. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes until it begins to turn golden brown.
