This glazed fruit pizza has a simple-to-make crust and cream cheese filling with fruit sprinkled on top. A tasty red jell-o glaze is poured over the top for a special treat!
Simple recipe and versatile!
This is made from a simple 3 ingredient crust which makes the recipe a little more handy to make (and likely cheaper) than having sugar cookie dough on hand like many fruit pizza recipes call for. You can basically use any fruit you have on-hand to make this recipe (except pineapple!). Pineapple has an enzyme in it that will not allow jell-o to set. I can thank my college organic chemistry class for teaching me this (and I always thought I would never use any of the information from that class!!).
To lighten the recipe up a bit, feel free to use light cream cheese. I also want to experiment using sugar free jell-o, but have not tried it yet to see how it would effect the setting of the glaze.
Perfect for your next potluck, Thanksgiving, grill-out or just for a snack!
What I love about fruit pizza is it is something you can incorporate year-round and use a variety of seasonal fruits. I just made it last weekend for deer hunting, but it would also fit right in at a summer BBQ or for Christmas post luck.

I brought this to an outing over Labor Day weekend, and it was a smash hit everyone everyone loved it and commented on how good it tasted! Honestly, I’m not much of a cook, so it really put a smile on my face to get that many comments and a cleaned dish from repeat eaters! 😎🙂
