These sheet pan steak fajitas are a perfect weeknight meal, and is a healthy meal depending on topping choices. An added bonus, it is ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients in sheet pan steak fajitas

Bell Peppers & Onions- any color you desire and use a red onion white onion.
Seasoning – taco seasoning, paprika, cumin & brown sugar for a little sweetness (could substitute with honey). Here is our taco seasoning mix recipe. We also sell it in adorable jars in our store. We will ship it to you!
Healthy options..
I eat the steak fajitas with a bowl of quinoa/rice and sprinkle with a little G Hughes Sugar Free sweet chili sauce for a healthy lunch option..and sprinkle with a little cheese!

What to do with sheet pan fajita leftovers?
Use the leftover fajita mix with scrambled eggs in the morning and have a delicious, protein packed, breakfast!

Could you freeze sheet pan steak fajitas?
Absolutely! Use a freezer gallon bag to dump all of your un-cooked ingredients in- sliced steak & peppers/onions plus seasonings. Massage is together in bag to be sure seasoning is covering everything. Then just thaw and dump on lined sheet pan later for cooking!
Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Equipment
- 1 cutting board
- 1 knife
- foil Optional, to line pan
- 1 Tongs or spatula To stir up fajita mixture
Ingredients
- 2 Steaks, sliced thin sirloin, skirt steak, etc
- 2-3 Bell Peppers, sliced long any colors
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil to grease pan
- 1-2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Package Fajita tortillas
- Toppings sour cream, cheese, avocado etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line sheet pan with foil, grease with olive oil
- Place steak + sliced veggies on sheet pan
- Mix seasonings together in small bowl, then sprinkle over the fajita mixture. Using a tongs or spatula to stir the mixture around to be sure all sides are seasoned.
- Bake in oven 10-12 minutes until steak and veggies are cooked to your liking
