Need a protein packed snack that will also curb that sweet tooth more naturally? This delicious, quick cottage cheese snack that has diced peaches and drizzled with honey will curb that afternoon hunger!
1/2cupcottage cheeseI prefer 4% but any can be used
1/2cup peachesdiced or fresh
1-2tsp honeyor to taste
optional extras
pinchcinnamon or min leaves (not both-one or other!)
Instructions
measure your cottage cheese out and add to bowl
add diced peaches. I use single serving of diced peaches in package from members mark- but fresh would taste even better.
drizzle with honey to taste
optional: sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon OR add mint to the dish for extra flavor.
