Slow Cooker Green Bean Casserole

This easy slow cooker version of the classic holiday side is creamy, comforting and saves oven space! Just toss everything together and let it cook in the crockpot until bubbly. Perfect to Thanksgiving, holidays or any potluck meal.

  • Spray your crockpot.

  • in a medium mixing bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, spices and milk. Once that is mixed well, add the green beans and half of the fried onions (3 oz).
    2 14.5 canned cut green beans, 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 6 oz bag french fried onions
  • Dump the mixture into the crockpot and evenly spread it.
  • Cook in your crockpot on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-1/2 hours until mixture is bubbling.

  • Top with the remaining french fried onions and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled or even tripled to feed a large crowd.
Storage Instructions: let cool and store in an airtight, fridge safe, container for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven. Oven will make the fried onions crisp back up.
