Slow Cooker Creamy Corn - easy and cheesy

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 9-11 Cups Sweet Corn or frozen corn from store
  • 11 Ounces Cream Cheese can substitute with lite cream cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Butter cubed
  • 3-4 Tbsp Water
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese can be off brand velveeta
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a crockpot, mix all ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 1-2 hours on high until cheese is melted and corn starts to bubble OR 3-4 hours on low.

Notes

Crockpot liner is optional, but makes for easier clean up. I am the kind of girl that gets off brand where I can to save money, but Reynold's Crockpot Linersare the only ones that I have had luck with not tearing.
To bake corn: grease a small casserole pan- dump all ingredients in and give a good stir. Bake covered at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Give a good stir half way through bake time. Then, remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes- stirring again to make sure everything is melted well.
