This healthier version of this moist chocolate mug cake will be ready within minutes, curb the chocolate cravings and all under 200 calories. Simple ingredients include flour, oil, sweetener, cocoa, vinegar, vanilla and chocolate.
grease your mug or microwave safe bowl. Add all of the dry ingredients. Whisk them together.
Next, add the wet ingredients to the mug/bowl. Mix well. Top with 1-2 tbsp of chocolate chips.
This will depend greatly on the power of your microwave but cook for approximately 1 minute. There is no egg in this recipe so if it is gooey in the middle, you can enjoy it that way safely.

Substitutions: Substitute vegetable oil with coconut oil, canola oil, etc. if you wish.Regular sugar can be used, stevia, honey, etc.Don't skip the vinegar-it is what makes it moist and is the leavening agent.Top with peanut butter, whipped cream, ice cream.Nutrition information will vary on sweetener choice, oil choice and amount of chocolate chips.
