Egg Roll in a Bowl with Ground Turkey (20 minutes!)

protein packed egg roll in a bowl with ground turkey, coleslaw mix, carrots, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger throw in the skillet and it is ready in 20 minutes!
Add the coleslaw mix and carrots. Add lid to skillet and let veggies soften and then combine well. About 5-8 minutes.
3 cups coleslaw mix, 1 cup match stick carrots
Enjoy! Serve over a bed of rice or just on its' own.
Notes
You can slice up your own cabbage and carrots in substitution of the coleslaw mix.Use real onion, ginger or garlic (vs spices) if you like. Amounts will then differ vs. a spice blend.Leftovers: let cool, store in refrigerator for up to 4 days in airtight container.This freezes well- let cool and then store in freezer safe gallon bag or container.
