Creamy Chicken Cream of Mushroom Casserole (30 Minutes)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12.5 oz can of shredded chicken breast or about 1.5 cups
  • 1 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, green beans)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz can crescent rolls or biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium sized bowl mix the chicken, seasonings, soup and sour cream together. Add veggies.
  • Spray a 9x9 pan and add the filling to the bottom. Layer with cheddar cheese.
  • Open the can of crescent rolls or biscuits and break into about 1 inch pieces. Top the casserole with the crescent rolls.
  • Bake at 375 F, uncovered, for 18-22 minutes until casserole is bubbling and crescent rolls are golden.
