Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium sized bowl mix the chicken, seasonings, soup and sour cream together. Add veggies.
Spray a 9x9 pan and add the filling to the bottom. Layer with cheddar cheese.
Open the can of crescent rolls or biscuits and break into about 1 inch pieces. Top the casserole with the crescent rolls.
Bake at 375 F, uncovered, for 18-22 minutes until casserole is bubbling and crescent rolls are golden.
