These sheet pan steak fajitas are a perfect weeknight meal, and is fairly healthy depending on topping choices! An added bonus, it is ready in under 30 minutes!
Healthy options..
I eat the steak fajitas with a bowl of quinoa/rice and sprinkle with a little G Hughes Sugar Free sweet chili sauce for a healthy lunch option..and sprinkle with a little cheese!

These sheet pan steak fajitas could be eaten for lunch, dinner, or even breakfast!
Use the leftover fajita mix with scrambled eggs in the morning and have a delicious, protein packed, breakfast!
Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Quick & easy sheet pan fajitas. Ready in less than 30 minutes!
Equipment
- 1 sheet pan
- 1 cutting board
- 1 knife
- foil Optional, to line pan
- 1 Tongs or spatula To stir up fajita mixture
Ingredients
- 2 Steaks, sliced thin sirloin, skirt steak, etc
- 2-3 Bell Peppers, sliced long any colors
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil to grease pan
- 1-2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Packagr Fajita tortillas
- Toppings sour cream, cheese, avocado etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line sheet pan with foil, grease with olive oil
- Place steak + sliced veggies on sheet pan
- Mix seasonings together in small bowl, then sprinkle over the fajita mixture. Using a tongs or spatula to stir the mixture around to be sure all sides are seasoned.
- Bake in oven 10-12 minutes until steak and veggies are cooked to your liking
Notes
I like to eat any fajita leftovers in a rice bowl with G Hughes Sweet Chili Sauce topped with a sprinkle of cheese.
Steak is full of protein and other essential nutrients + veggies and light toppings would actually be a healthy meal!
