Simple ingredients that most of you have in your pantry- can of chickpeas, honey, peanut butter, vanilla, salt, baking powder, milk, cinnamon. Eating snickerdoodle without the guilt! This dip is great with apples, graham crackers, pretzels and more.
Ingredients
Chickpeas– 1- 15.5 oz can. Drain and rinse them. They do have skins on them that can be very easily pinched off, but I just keep them on. I couldn’t tell any difference. You can find these in most grocery stores.
Peanut butter- In this recipe a creamy peanut butter was used, and I would recommend that. Any nut butter can be replaced in equal amounts for this recipe.
Honey– this is the sweet part! Use maple syrup instead if you don’t have honey on hand.
Milk– I added about 1 tbsp of milk to thin it a bit so my blender could process it. Add more or less to your desired consistency.
Baking powder, sea salt & vanilla- all pretty self explanatory and probably in your pantry.
