Vanilla Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious, simple, chocolate chip cookie recipe made with vanilla pudding that makes these cookies soft, chewy and delicious!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer
  • measuring utensils and spatula
  • cookie sheet
  • medium sized bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2-1/4 Cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened or shortening
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix instant
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 oz package chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix flour and baking soda together in bowl.
  • Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla. Then add the vanilla pudding and eggs.
  • Add the flour and soda mixture to the wet ingredients. (Batter will be stiff). Then hand mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoon size batter on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes.

Notes:
These will keep well in the freezer.
I have only used instant vanilla pudding in these cookies.
