Preheat oven to 375 F. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil & spray with cooking spray.
Slice your steak or stew meat thin, if isn’t already. Then add to the sheet pan- spreading it around.
Next, chop up your broccoli. Add that to sheet pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a small-medium sized bowl to form a sauce. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture. Use a spatulas to toss around the beef & broccoli to be sure it is well covered in the sauce.
Cook, uncovered, in oven for 12-20 minutes. This will really vary depending on how tender you like your broccoli. Check after 12 minutes and continue cooking in 3 minute increments until preferred tenderness.
Notes
Gravy/sauce Option: if you’d like to make a thickened sauce for topping the beef/broccoli or a side like rice- reserve 1/4 cup of the sauce mix. Add to a small pot on medium high heat. Also add 2tbsp flour/corn starch and 1/2 cup water. Stir and let simmer until thickened to gravy consistency. Add pepper or sweetener (honey/brown sugar) to taste. Freezer Instructions: Add the beef & broccoli to a gallon sized freezer bag. Mix the sauce in a bowl & add to the freezer bag. Seal the bag well and mix sauce into the beef/broccoli with hands. To cook: thaw in fridge for 24 hours, then cook as indicated above.
