preheat oven to 400 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper (optional) and spray. Add bread crumbs and ranch seasoning to a medium sized bowl and mix well.
In a separate small bowl, whisk 2 eggs together.
Open the bag of cauliflower and begin dipping each floret into the egg, and then into the panko until it is evenly covered with bread crumbs. Remove from crumb mixture and place on sheet pan
Bake for 25-35 minutes until broccoli’s is baked to your liking. I usually “flip” the cauliflower half way through.
These taste best eaten shortly after baking. To warm as leftovers, I’d suggest using an air fryer to crisp them back up again.Enjoy dipped in ketchup, ranch or homemade sauce. I like 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp hot sauce + 1 tbsp honey.nutrition info is an estimate.
