In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Feel free to add more or less sweetener and salt/pepper. Set aside.
Assemble the salad
In a medium sized bowl, add the broccoli, diced onion, raisins, sunflower seeds. Next, pour the dressing over the mix and stir well. Taste and add more salt/pepper/honey if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating so the flavor has time to soak in. Trust me, it tastes better after it has a chance to set awhile. Enjoy!
