Equipment

  • 1 small to medium sized crockpot
  • 1 small bowl
  • measuring utensils, spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz bag homestyle frozen meatballs size can be forgiving- if slightly larger size bag it is okay.
  • 1/2 jar smuckers peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup whiskey or bourbon
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Splash Worcestershire

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce. (everything but the meatballs). Stir well to combine.
  • Add the frozen meatballs to your crockpot and pour the sauce on top. Stir well to get the glaze all over the meatballs. Set the crockpot on high for 2 hours or until bubbling and warmed through.

Notes

Size bag of meatballs is forgiving- there is usually plenty of sauce, and I've noticed each grocery store seems to have different sized bags. Just make sure they are "homestyle" flavor.
Add your own spice, get a special chili sauce, etc to create a different flavor.
