Dice the potatoes, meat, onion and carrots to bite sized peices.
Next, line your crockpot for easy clean=up (optional), then dump all the ingredients into the pot. Give the ingredients a good stir. Set the crockpot on high for 4 hours or low 6-7 hours. Ready when potatoes are cooked to your desired softness.

Substitutions and Variations
Use 1 lb browned beef, turkey, venison instead of stew meat
add a package of frozen veggie mix or don’t use any veggies at all
Roast zucchini in your oven and add the last 30 minutes of cooking.
leave out the cheese and cream of chicken soup for a lighter stew.
Add a couple of stalks of celery, diced, for a crunch
Cool and refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 4 days. Warm in microwave.
Freezer: cool and place in freezer safe containers. Thaw and warm up on microwave or over stovetop. Could also defrost in microwave from frozen. This dish freezes well.
Freezer Meal Prep
This can be a meal that is prepped in advance and frozen.Freezer Meal Prep: prepare a gallon freezer bag. I prefer ziploc freezer bags. Dice the potatoes up and prep the meat. Dump all the ingredients in the freezer bag. Remove all the air possible from the bag, and then seal it. Freeze flat. When ready to use- thaw and dump in crockpot. Prepare per recipe instructions.
