Dump & Go healthy chicken burrito bowls are an easy week night meal to put together. Chicken breast, rice black beans, diced tomatoes, broth, corn and spices.
Line your crockpot with a crockpot liner for easy clean up (optional).
Add the whole chicken breast, broth, beans, corn, tomatoes, rice & spices to the crockpot. Give it a good stir.
Set crockpot on high or 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
Take chicken breast out, shred with two forks and then place back into the crockpot. Let simmer 20 more minutes. Taste the mixture to see if more taco seasoning or salt is needed.
Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a tortilla. Top with cheese and your other favorites!

Instapot: follow the same steps - pressure cook for 20 minutes. Let naturally release until pressure is gone. Then, put instapot on 'Saute' mode and take the chicken out to shred with 2 forks.
