Easy Snickerdoodle Hummus
Chickpeas, honey, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon. Easy, healthy & delicious!

1 medium sized bowl
1 cooking utensils
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas drained & rinsed
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond, cashew butter
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk to thin out of needed
Substitute peanut butter with any kind of nut butter (cashew, almond)
Honey can be replaced with maple syrup.
You can remove skins of chickpeas if desired; but I did not and couldn’t notice.
